| I am a healer and I am passionate about using my skill set to create safer spaces for people to be themselves as they grow and learn. Many of the things we work on together are how to set boundaries, stay centered and grounded in their body, release past traumas so toxic patterns no longer repeat, connect with their intuition, learn to trust themselves, release stress, find balance and create a life they love. I use many tools such as Reiki energywork , Tarot & Oracle reading, runes, past life regression, Akashic record processing, and my gentle horse assistant to meet my clients where they are. I specialize in connecting body and energy systems for balance and growth after trauma – helping to release the emotions, pain, and memories from past traumas that are stuck in the body and mind. My focus is on growth after experiencing too much, too fast, or too soon in life. When you’re feeling flooded and overwhelmed by things I’m the person you come to for support and clarity! Having experienced significant trauma in my own life I have used all of these tools myself in my own healing journey. I have worked through cPTSD and panic attacks, and many seasons of anxiety and depression along the way but I’ve been able to stop the panic attacks using Reiki and Past Life work. I have spent many years training, learning, and practicing to hone these skills and share them with others. I am honored to walk beside you in your own journey and support you. |
“Life is tough. But does it ever feel like it’s tougher for you than for everyone else? Do you feel anxious, depressed, isolated, or like you don’t fit in? Are you struggling with life transitions or a lack of direction? Does it seem like you missed the part where other folks learned how to “be a person,” and you’re just sort of winging it?
I’m Jamie, and I’m passionate about helping people move towards the life they want. While I don’t have the secret manual that makes it all easy, I work with fellow neurodivergent and queer folx to help find the things that work for them and release the things that may be weighing them down.
I like to say I’m “a therapist for the weird kid,” whether that’s the kid who’s all grown up or still figuring things out. I’m warm, compassionate, and sometimes silly. If you’ve ever felt like the odd one out, I’m here to offer a space where you can explore who you really are without judgment.
In my sessions, we’ll work on balancing emotional processing with building coping skills. Together, we’ll nurture your authentic self by exploring your needs, recognizing your strengths, and moving towards clarity. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, especially for people whose lives color outside the lines, so I draw from different approaches to find what works best for you. These often include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy.
Outside work, you might catch me dancing (one of my preferred stims), playing Dungeons and Dragons, or singing weird little songs to my cats. I’m excited to meet you and help you create a life that feels right for you, one step at a time.”
