At its most efficient, astrology is a tool to help us more deeply understand ourselves and others. Knowing the astrological weather that lies ahead can help plan the best days to do (or avoid doing) something or simply give validation to feelings that seem to breeze through randomly. To live with astrology is to live in and acknowledge cycles. Whether or not you feel that spiritual forces are working magic in conjunction, using astronomical events to structure your days, at the very least, leaves you with more structured days. I use astrology to help you get a better understand of yourself or others and to utilize cycles to make future plans. I look at both your natal chart and the astrological transits in my readings. Together we can gain insight on your traits or mindset as well as past or present events.

In addition to being born into an astrology-loving family, I have over a dozen years experience as a silversmith. I mix these two skills by offering heirloom quality fully customizable amulet and talisman pieces. I listen to your goals, look at your personal astrology, and create a piece charged with your intention that you can carry with you every day. As an eclectic pagan, I’ve always sought to bring together and blend different practices that call to me. Tarot has been a part of my personal practice for many years, and I’m pleased to be able to offer it to others as a tool to help gain insight into situations. In 2021, I met the woman who became my teacher, and she trained me in the shamanic traditions of the Q’ero peoples of the Peruvian Andes as well as hypnotherapy. I’ve found both of these to be incredible tools on my journey of self-healing and discovery. After years of working in customer service, I understand how difficult making time for yourself can be and the guilt and shame people will try to force on you simply for taking the time to make sure your own needs are being met and thinking of yourself, even as an afterthought, and especially for wanting to follow your own dreams. I chose to break away from old patterns and thinking and bring what I’ve learned to others, to help them heal, discover (or rediscover) themselves, and find and follow their passions. It is an honor to work with you on your own healing journey.

I use an eclectic approach to help people navigate areas of life surrounding compassionate and effective parenting, coping with chronic illness/pain, and recovering from religious trauma, along with the anxiety and mood changes that often accompany them.

As one of only a handful of disabled clinicians in the Fredericksburg region, I have first-hand experience with navigating the mental and physical health system, and my goal for my chronically ill folx is to help you cope with an uncertain future/ diagnosis, empower you to advocate for your needs, and help you become more flexible and accepting of your limitations while cultivating a life you value.

I am a healer and I am passionate about using my skill set to create safer spaces for people to be themselves as they grow and learn. Many of the things we work on together are how to set boundaries, stay centered and grounded in their body, release past traumas so toxic patterns no longer repeat, connect with their intuition, learn to trust themselves, release stress, find balance and create a life they love. I use many tools such as Reiki energywork , Tarot & Oracle reading, runes, past life regression, Akashic record processing, and my gentle horse assistant to meet my clients where they are.

I specialize in connecting body and energy systems for balance and growth after trauma – helping to release the emotions, pain, and memories from past traumas that are stuck in the body and mind. My focus is on growth after experiencing too much, too fast, or too soon in life. When you’re feeling flooded and overwhelmed by things I’m the person you come to for support and clarity!
Having experienced significant trauma in my own life I have used all of these tools myself in my own healing journey. I have worked through cPTSD and panic attacks, and many seasons of anxiety and depression along the way but I’ve been able to stop the panic attacks using Reiki and Past Life work. I have spent many years training, learning, and practicing to hone these skills and share them with others. I am honored to walk beside you in your own journey and support you.

Metaphysical: Reiki

I am a Resident in Counseling with a broad range of experience working with many mental health difficulties. I began as a research assistant at VCU and worked my way to Psychometrist at the Veterans Affairs in Richmond, VA. This experience led to getting my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, specializing in Military and Veteran mental health. I was trained in Reiki and provide metaphysical services as well.

My approach to counseling is to help guide people into a further understanding of their mind, body, soul, and spirit. With curious exploration, I aim to keep an open mind for listening to the client’s whole story to get a holistic understanding of someone’s well-being. I strive to be a gentle presence in the room and provide stability for clients. During sessions, I encourage folx to reflect upon their life story as if it were reading their own autobiography. Healing from emotional hardships and gaining connection back to our bodies needs proper support. In session, we can take an in-depth into those life experiences that have created a block between mind, body, and soul. I enjoy working with folx trying to understand themselves and former experiences on a deeper level. While our past does not define us, sometimes those past events can create further difficulties in how we walk through life. My approach is to guide those sitting across from me to reflect on their inner and outer life and encourage advocacy for their own voice.
