Part Operations Director, part problem-solving wizard, I specialize in turning moving parts into smooth processes and big ideas into reality. As the practice’s organizer, cheerleader, and occasional magician, I keep the gears turning, manage our amazing administrative team, and help bring order to the occasional chaos behind the scenes. When I’m not streamlining systems and supporting our staff, I’m probably chasing a new idea, color-coding something that doesn’t need color-coding, or finding creative ways to make work a little more fun! I do it all so our team can focus on what matters most: our clients!
