Hi! my name is Grace (They/Them). I am so excited that you are here! I am a resident in counseling who graduated from Longwood University in May of this year. I am a queer disabled person who is passionate to give back to the communities that have given so much to me. I am a quirky, warm, and go with the flow therapist. I approach therapy from a humanistic point of view and highly value the therapeutic alliance. Some other modalities that I use are feminist theory, DBT, ACT, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Theory, and Narrative Therapy. I believe that everyone is the expert and author of their story.

Some of my favorite past times when I’m not working are going to concerts (went to 11 last year), reading, going to the pottery studio, and being in nature. Some of my favorite artists include: NOAHFINNCE, Yungblud, Sam Smith, Livingston, Conan Gray, GFlip, and Renee Rapp just to name a few. All of thiss to say, I would love to be work along side you in your life journey!
