Hi, I’m Kristi (she/her), a queer late-diagnosed AuDHD Italian-American woman with a passion for helping folx reconnect with themselves and their purpose so they can come alive a little more each day.

As a Resident in Counseling, I deeply value the interconnectedness of body-mind-spirit and environment, grounding my approach in humanistic, existential, and feminist theories. I integrate collaborative, flexible modalities attuned to your needs and cognitive style. In therapy, we may use Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), narrative practices, and sensory or somatic interventions to support trauma recovery, emotional regulation, identity development, and holistic wellness.

I graduated summa cum laude from Walden University in 2026 with an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a BS in Psychology in 2023. Before entering the counseling field, I spent nearly a decade as an integrative wellness coach, helping womxn navigate major life transitions through holistic practices, environmental interventions, and spiritual guidance. I also survived 25 years in the corporate world, where I learned to weather high-stress environments, burnout, imposter syndrome, and toxic work cultures. My own experiences with trauma, mental health challenges, parenting, and women’s issues deepen my ability to connect with and support others on their healing journeys.

My approach blends evidence-based clinical practice with ethically integrated spiritual frameworks, such as Astrology-Assisted Therapy (AAT), and decades of training in mysticism, spiritual philosophies, expressive and intuitive arts, energy psychology, and conscious living. I’m also certified as a Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator and Usui Reiki II energy practitioner, an essential oils wellness advocate, and co-author of Life Design for Dreamers + Doers with Feng Shui Expert Justine Hernandez.

Healing is a deeply personal process, and I strive to create an intentional space free of judgment and full of empathy. As a late-diagnosed AuDHD clinician, I honor neurodivergence as evolved brilliance, not brokenness. I affirm our diversity as natural and valid expressions of humanity, meeting you where you are—through shifting moods, body cycles, energy levels, and life’s seasons. Potential over pathology.

My clients find peace, healing, and the motivation to master their circumstances and achieve their goals by cultivating well-being in every facet of their lives. Together, we’ll explore what weighs you down so you can rise by honoring yourself and becoming re-enchanted with life.

You deserve a life beyond surviving—one where you are thriving.
