A little about me: I graduated with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with all populations and various cultures. I believe in equity. I am trans-affirming, poly/kink allied as well as sex worker allied. My hobbies and interests include listening to music, spending time with my kids and partner, walking in nature, video games, board games, painting and I love animals ( I have 2 dogs and 5 cats). Fun Facts: I’m originally from Ontario, Canada and grew up speaking French. I have been a Military spouse for the last 17 years.

I’m part of the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize an integrative approach to best help my clients which includes trauma-informed, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I also have some knowledge of IFS (parts work).

My goal is to walk with you through the ups and downs of life. I’d love to gain a better perspective of who you are and what I can do to help you heal and grow. Individuality is beautiful and I would love to help you discover yourself. I can act as an empowering, supporting guide to get you where you want to be in your life.

I also believe people possess the necessary tools to live happy fulfilling lives but sometimes, they need a nudge to see it. Therapy can be challenging but also very rewarding. Taking steps to make changes can be scary and full of uncertainty but, you won’t be alone on this ride. I’ll provide a space where you can feel truly heard, seen, and never judged.
