Are you tired of being told that you’re resilient? Do you want that soft life? Are you overworked and facing burnout? Do you want someone who you feel safe with exploring kink, queerness, ENM, multicultural, or spirituality? From navigating trauma to just wanting to get to know yourself, having a safe place to come is a vital part of self-care and the first step of getting a soft life.

I am a fiery little person full of spitfire and angst. I am a clinician that is fiercely protective and passionate for human rights and social justice. I value authenticity and autonomy. I believe in living a life that is truly yours. I fundamentally believe that everyone walks through life with their own strengths and my goal is to inspire people to step into their power to live a life that is truly theirs. I have experience working with individuals of all ages dealing with PTSD, CPTSD, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have a particular passion for supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, the Pagan community, Gender/sexuality, Veterinary staff, ENM, foster kids, both currently in the system and those who are transitioning out, and those navigating trauma.

I take a strength-based approach with my clients, recognizing that even while facing mental health challenges, individuals can possess remarkable wellness, inner strength, and resilience. My goal is to help clients acknowledge their strengths and cultivate self-trust, empowering them to draw on their inner resources when faced with difficulties. As the Oracle of Delphi famously said, “Know thyself.” I believe this is one of the most crucial journeys a person can undertake. Therapy provides a space to explore and discover your authentic self. I believe that therapy doesn’t have to be a struggle, working on your life is a natural part of living. I integrate trauma informed care into everything I do. I use flash technique for navigating trauma in a gentle way. I approach clients with the idea that everything you’ve been through you’ve survived.

I know from my own experience in therapy, how hard it can be to really be seen by a therapist, and how necessary that is for healing. At Phases, we support the diversified unity of our community and support authenticity in all its dynamic beauty.
